This week as I work on custom mixes for people and animals, I am struck by how important energy field hygiene is. Having our energy field clear of other people’s energy and understanding that our energy belongs to us is essential to our well being. Understanding energy field hygiene means appropriate involvement with other people’s energy fields.
When I asked someone in the office what they thought of my use of the world hygiene they thought it was good, noting that most people are preoccupied with surface appearance hygiene like clean, glossy hair for instance and pay no attention to energy field hygiene.
We must be responsible for our use of our energy, but we must also deal with how other people interact with our energy field. Flower Essences from the Sovereignty Set help us keep our field clear of other people’s energy and help us resist having our energy field tapped by others. The Sovereignty Set works from the reality that many people pull on other people’s energy systems unconsciously.
Our parents lay down our basic wiring for human interactions. Energy field hygiene is essential to our animal beloveds too. They have no built in barriers to their energy fields being violated. This means we need to pay attention to what we expect from our animals and offer them Flower Essences and other tools so they can better protect their energy fields out in the world. I was reminded of this when this morning a GHF friend asked us to create a mix for a horse with prion disease.
Prion is a disease which mostly affects deer, but when a horse eats grass that deer have urinated on, the horse can get prion disease. This is what happened to this horse. My limited understanding of prion disease process is that it is a template of deformed proteins invade nerve tissue ( brain/nerve tissue, myelin sheaths etc) and the healthy proteins are influenced to deform like the prions.
When making a custom mix or suggesting Flower Essences for someone or an animal, I ask my partners the Angels and Elementals for their suggestions. I will never understand Flower Essences and their healing depths as well as my partners from the Angelic and Elemental kingdoms. Even their framing of how to work with Essences teaches me things on a daily basis. Yesterday they suggested a very ill person use a day mix for when they must go out into the world and a night mix for the restorative work that happens when we sleep. This made so much sense to me, much as it had not occurred to me before.
So back to the horse with prion disease. When I asked the Angels and Elementals to compose the mix, the following Essences were their suggestions.
